I know it's a riding outfit from past ex...sorry<br />I know it's a riding outfit from past experience but it does evoke ascots and top hats. <br /><br />In terms of technique, more towards his graphics where he uses areas of black against punchy colors. The image I was reminded of is <a href="http://media.photobucket.com/image/toulouse+lautrec/7mike5000/Art/Toulouse-Latrec/toulouse-lautrec-atthemoulinrouge.jpg" rel="nofollow">this one</a> with both figures being lit from underneath surrounded by multiple light sources.
