I'm just starting to play again with markers, ink and brush--and I am enjoying the experimentation. I like the colors bleeding from the top of the figure, giving some sense of motion and life.

Gold/Black 1; Calm Heart 2
Drawn today, from life.
"Gold/Black 1" is Tombow marker and pastel on soft, highly textured and absorbent watercolor paper, about 6"x9". The paper was a gift from a talented artist, Heather Joy Thomas. (Thanks, again, Heather.)
"Calm Heart 2" is Tombow marker on smoother watercolor paper, about 7"x12".
