It was my first visit to Bellevue and it was brief. All I did there was walk a couple of miles, so didn't learn that much, other than that the downtown is flossy and newish.
I really like these drawings with Ipad. I went to see their labels Sketch Club App and I liked all your work! Congratulations! I do not know this language but I really want to start learning!
Lately, I've been using life drawing as a starting place for works that combine reality, imagination and experience.

I love this -- it's a drinking fountain, isn't it? Apropos to nothing at all, I've lived in Bellevue and in Portland.
ReplyDeleteGreat image..
ReplyDeleteOops, I should have read your cap.
ReplyDeleteThis feels French, and like he's expecting something sweet.
ReplyDeleteInteresting!!! For some odd reason...this made me think of Miro...no logical reason at all!!!
ReplyDeleteAH, I see the water fountain too.
ReplyDeleteWhat that swirl came from was the start of my drawing in the boy's mama.
Thanks, Anthony.
ReplyDeleteKatherine, I don't think a French child would be allowed to stand on a chair.
ReplyDeleteThis was the cutest little boy, in constant motion.
The sweet he got was a surprise: his father showed up with a bag of cherries.
I see it too, Chieftess. I wasn't thinking of Miro when I scribbled this, just trying to catch a little bit of this child's charm.
ReplyDeleteAH, I love Portland and would love to live there.

Thanks, Li. You should check out the app. It is easy to use, even starting out, like I am.
