  3. Thanks, all.

PA, a Tombow marker is just a brand name for a water soluble marker, one end small tip, other end, larger brush shape. Often used for Manga illustration.

  4. I'm going to Dick Blick. I have to try that marker. Unfortunately, your skills will not be shipped out with my purchase. Powerful looking guy, powerfully drawn.

  5. Linda, I am not sure what the markers would add to a watercolor and pen combination.

I use them for their portability and versatility, but if I were just working at home, I probably would get the same kinds of results out of watercolors and inks.

  6. He doesn't like me, but maybe he doesn't like himself either. You've caught a complex mood, somewhere between contempt and depression or regret. Or so it seems to me.

  7. Love the feeling of movement your technique gives. Helps that you draw so well.

  9. Thanks, all.

Banjo, I did a second drawing from a different angle, which I may post later. If you think this one looks contemptuous . . . .

  10. Julie, I am using a pad of watercolor paper. It comes glued on two sides, very convenient.

Brand is Fluid, called the 'easy block.'
