ReplyDeleteWhat a change of pace! I like it. Her face looks very serious, or even angry--the face of a petulant, maybe spoiled child, but older? And it's in conflict with the vibrant, autumnal colors and joyously wild, heavy strokes. A puzzling, fascinating picture.
